We deliver to all counties in Ireland and Northern Ireland - offering FREE delivery on all Republic of Ireland orders over €50. Total order value after discounts must be above €50 for Free Shipping. For shipping to Europe and the rest of the world please contact us before placing an order for a delivery charge quote.

*Please note that all international orders are subject to review prior to dispatch. If your order contains liquids or aerosols, we reserve the right to charge a surcharge for this delivery or cancel if the chosen carrier will not accept aerosols or liquids in their packages. We will always contact you first in these instances.

Collect in Store for Free

We are also pleased to offer FREE Click & Collect service in our Graiguenamanagh store. Please allow up to 1 working day for your order to be available. You'll receive a Ready to Collect email when your order is ready for collection.

If for any reason you are unable to collect your order when it is ready please contact our Online Customer Services Team to make an alternative arrangement.

We will keep your order in store for 14 days, from the date of receipt to the store. After this period you will be contacted and we will process a refund via your original method of payment.

Delivery Terms

Orders usually take between 2-5 working days to be delivered in Ireland and Northern Ireland with the exception of Bank Holidays, Black Friday weekend and during sale times where orders can take between 5 - 7 working days. Orders are delivered by An Post.

In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately to inform you of any possible delays.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping/delivery information is provided and that your package can be received at your address. Should it occur that delivery be impossible and that the package is returned to us, the buyer will be subject to shipping fees for resending of goods.

We use reliable postal services however we shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the parcels within the estimated timescales.

Some products may take up to 5 working days to be dispatched during busier periods or where we are awaiting restock.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the full shipping address supplied at checkout is correct. Please review this before placing your order. We prioritise a fast dispatch and delivery timeframe, so it may not be possible to amend your delivery/shipping information after you place your order.

Items Returned To Sender

If you enter incorrect or incomplete shipping address and your item is returned to sender, we will only resend your order after the buyer pays an additional shipping fee. If an order is subsequently cancelled after being returned to sender, a restocking fee of €5 or the shipping fee paid, whichever is greater, will apply to each order and will be deducted from the refund amount. This also applies to orders which are returned to sender in cases where customs or import duties are not paid by the receiving customer.

Customs Charges or Import Taxes

If your delivery address is outside of the EU, it is possible your order may be subject to certain import customs/taxes which are outside of our control. If you are in doubt, please contact your local customs officials. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer at the time of delivery.
