What do I need to bring with me when collecting purchases through Click and Collect?

All orders must be signed for upon collection. Please bring the following documentation with you to our Brandonvale Pharmacy store: A copy of your ‘Ready for Collection’ email or show this document on phone or tablet. The payment card that you used to purchase the items, or photographic ID (a driving license, passport or loyalty card).

How will I know Brandonvale Pharmacy have received my order?

Brandonvale Pharmacy will send you a confirmation email when we have received your order.

What if I can't find the product online?
