Meno Active is a super supplement formulated through in-depth research by specialists in various fields of nutrition and science, for women during and after menopause. Each daily dose contains 3 Plant Extracts, 4 Digestive Enzymes, 350mgs Omega 3 DHA, 3 different strains of Live Friendly Bacteria and 19 Vitamins and Minerals.

Each capsule contains 3 plant extracts: Ashwagandha, Sage and Soya Isoflavone.

Each sachet contains 28 active ingredients including Green Tea, Vitamin B6 which contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, Omega 3 DHA which contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function, Biotin, Magnesium, Thiamine and Iodine which contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and finally Niacin and Vitamin C which contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

We recommend that you take one sachet and one capsule, once a day, before or after food. Empty the contents of one sachet into a glass and add a minimum of 250mls of water (increase quantity of water to suit taste) and stir to dissolve.
